FORMATION OF SOCIETY:

Few years back the founder visited some of the friends villages to attend the functions . There she found some children are without proper cloths and dirty hands etc.,. Then the she asked the children, What you are studying? With blank face the children replied, we are not going school, because we have to looking after the younger children and also house works.

This type of situation is not only in that villages, this is the problem of every village.
And the another problem found in Railway station, Vijayawada. Most of the children below 15 years ran away from the house because of the family backgrounds. These children will become like a pick-pocketers, rag-pickers and beggers. Some anti social eliments will encourage them to that side.
After discussed with friends and well wishers the founder decided to start a society to provide food and shelter and education. Finally the Seven members Executive body formed. The body decided to visit slum areas and railway station to see the actual situation of the children.
The Executive Body members visited the slum areas, and found some children ran away from their step-mother care.The reason is that there is no motherly love that these children get and their presence is used to clean the utensils and to labour for the step-mother. Instead of sending the children for the education the step-mother keeps the children at home to care and nurse for her own off spring. Disappointed the children ran away from the family and shelter themselves in the slum areas.
Education is something to culture the society and to make a man truly human. In this connection the society found working towards that side. The Executive body members visited number of slum areas, Railway station and rural areas and found in all the areas that the children are forced to be as child labour. All these children are below 14 years. By interviewed them individually and response is that they prefer to study rather than engaging themselves as child labour.

The Society name is decided i.e. APPLE SWACHANDA SEVA SAMSTHA with seven member delegation and registered under Andhra Pradesh society’s registration act 35 2001 on December 30, 2005. Registration No: 526 of 2005.
